• Deposit: No.
• Possible discounts: France 13 % max, Spain 50 % max, Liefkenshoektunnel 26 % max. Discounts depend on the number of passages.
• Contract: Yes.
• Order form: No.
• Blocking: Available in Tolls 2.0. Please return the old OBU to our supplier.
• Vehicle change: Yes, edit the vehicle in Tolls 2.0 (takes max 24 hours).
• Stolen or lost: Request a new OBU in Tolls 2.0.
• Defect: Request a replacement OBU in Tolls 2.0.

Additional information:

A Toll4Europe Agreement is required in order to use the EETS4U Box.
